Carr was accountable for leading the global strategic marketing team as a leveraged function for Cargill Aquaculture Nutrition, serving seven regional businesses around the world. He started this position in January 2016, after nearly five years as marketing director at Ewos Group, which Cargill acquired back in 2015.
Carr had a short stint as senior advisor for now Mitsubishi-owned Norwegian salmon producer Cermaq between 2010 and 2011. Prior to that he held roles of business development manager (2007-2010) and sales and marketing director (1999-2006) at Ewos.
