Arnarlax is launching a strategic initiative to brand our product, Icelandic Salmon, worldwide. We are currently working with different professions and during first half 2021 we will be ready. To realize and lead this endeavor we are now seeking a Chief Sales Officer.
The position is new within Arnarlax and will take the lead on successfully building the Icelandic Salmon brand worldwide. This means you are spending your time between the market and our main office and operations in Bildudalur.
Together with a sales team you will add strategic competency to Arnarlax and make the company able to capitalize on this in the years to come. Your role will be important to strengthen Arnarlax`s position as a fully integrated Icelandic sustainable salmon producer.
We are looking for a candidate with good interpersonal skills, strong strategic capabilities, and an excellent track record on delivering results. You need to have an in-depth understanding of the salmon market/ industry, as well as having knowledge of relevant partners in the field. The right candidate has higher education and excellent communication skills in English.
Workplace is desired to be in the beautiful surroundings in Bildudalur in the Westfjords in Iceland. Another location can be discussed but spending part of the working time in Bildudalur will be necessary.
