Manager - Partnership Sales, Content Studio

Following the launch of our in-house Content Studio, we are looking for a Manager of partnership sales to support the evolution and growth of this vital department, and our broader expansion in the event and content marketing arenas.

 

Key areas and responsibilities

  • Accountable for assigned revenue budget and ensuring commercial success of the full range of creative, content and marketing services provided by the NHST Content Studio.
  • Deliver new businesses, demonstrating energy, creativity & drive to deliver initiatives.
  • Manage pipeline to ensure that growth and targets are met consistently month-on-month. Integrate personal sales efforts with organised marketing activities, e.g. product launches, targeted campaigns, events etc.
  • Work closely with Director of Events and Creative Director to agree messaging framework, value propositions, budget strategy, timelines and in-house deliverables.
  • Embody the NHST Global Publications’ culture and strategy of a Content Studio keeping an adequate balance between the editorially independent products and commercial initiatives.
  • Responsible for project managing the end-to-end delivery of the campaigns across sponsorship, content marketing, product placement and advertiser funded programmes (AFPs), ensuring they run smoothly, on time and deliver agreed KPIs.

 

Desired qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience, with proven track record, in sales and account management in any of these digital marketing fields: digital marketing solutions, content marketing/ sponsored content in various formats, business intelligence and high-end b2b conferences in all formats.
  • Ability to create bespoke clients’ campaign utilising the best in-house ability of the Content Studio. Must have good knowledge of content marketing and digital marketing.
  • Ability to successfully collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills at all levels.
  • Produce written proposals of a high standard that make a compelling case for the prospective client to procure our NHST Content Studio solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to work independently and be goals and target driven.
  • Fluent in English - written and spoken. Additional language skill is a plus but not mandatory.
